My name is Jane & I am the artist who has created all of the Lampwork Beads you see on this site. I have been selling beads for many years on Ebay & Etsy with the seller name BreezewayBeads. My glass studio is located in my breezeway here in Wisconsin, hence the name "BreezewayBeads".
~~~I love creating beads, they are all so unique! My beads have found new homes all over world & that is so amazing to me! They are all handmade, one-of-a-kind & have been individually created in the flame by me in my home studio. I am constantly experimenting with huge collection of glass and frit (Hi my name is Jane & I am a frit-o-holic!). Each session at the torch brings something new & different for me. Checking the kiln each morning after a long night of beadmaking is the best part of my day! There are never enough hours in the day for my beadmaking & the future is endless! My dream is to continue to create beautiful beads that will inspire others to create amazing jewelry!
~~~ My beads are made with imported Italian Effetre/Moretti & Vetrofond glass, German Lauscha glass & several others. I also use pure silver leaf, foil & assorted glass frits. My torch uses an oxygen and propane mix. The beads are wound on 1/16", 3/32" or 1/8" mandrels, the mandrel size will be noted in the descriptions. Each one of my glass creations goes straight from the flame into my computer controlled kiln. They are then properly annealed overnight for strength, long lasting durability & heirloom quality. The next day the beads are soaked, removed from the mandrels & the holes are cleaned with a diamond bit dremel.

All my items come from a smoke free & pet fur free home. Please note: Lampwork beads are made from glass. If handled improperly they can break & injury could occur. Also, as with all beads & small items, they are not for young children.
